Cashew Teriyaki Dressing
If you are looking for a sweet, salty, flavoursome sauce for drizzling over your stir-fry or salad – look no further. This delicious dressing is not only rich and packed with flavour, it’s gluten, dairy and refined sugar-free.
1 dsp of extra virgin olive oil
1 dsp of cashew nut butter
1 dsp of brown rice malt syrup/maple syrup
2 crushed cloves of garlic
1 dsp of tamari
Add all the ingredients to a medium sized mason jar and mix thoroughly. Pour over your favourite dish and serve.
